Jodie Marie comes from Narbeth in West Wales and secured a deal with Decca Records when her father gave a record company executive a copy of a covers CD recorded by his daughter. Her debut album 'Mountain Echo' was released in 2012 and included songs co-written with Suede's Bernard Butler and Ed Harcourt.
