Coming soon
Many friends and family have suggested I write my own story in the magazine because it might help others.
Shortly after my son Jack was born in 1999 I began having health problems which, eventually, led to me being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.
Despite being told by doctors that my condition was incurable, I found a treatment that worked and after nine years of pain and being bedridden, I am now working (and training) again.
I have also buddied several people over recent years and helped them to get on the road to recovery.
Watch this space. It should be up in the next few weeks.
Many thanks

PS As I’m often asked, the dress I’m wearing in the picture is available from Pebble in Cowbridge.
