Lunch for Mair's Walk
A thank you lunch for the main sponsors and suporters the Mair's Walk was held at The Market Place in Cowbridge.
Guests included host Peter Marriott of The Market Place, First Minister Carwyn Jones, main researcher and oncologist, Dr Simon Noble and Mair Mair ap Gruffydd. The walk has become one of the biggest events in the social family calendar in Bridgend and, while having a get together, it is also a fundraiser so a very popular day out which attracts well over 1,000 people each year. Next year's walk will be on July 1st.

Collection at Leekes
With autumn officially here, it's time to spruce up the home in readiness for the party season ahead. With this in mind Leekes have launched their brand new autumn furnishings collection.
Some of the first customers to browse both these latest looks joined Leekes' expert Interior Design Team on Thursday 29th September where highlights of the new collection included the traditional yet timeless classics from Duresta and Derwent, the contemporary reclining collection and the colourful new Affordably Stylish range.
