Please tell us more about you and your family.
My name is Simon Moon. I'm 52 years old, my wife is Nicola, aged 53 and we have a daughter Harriet Moon, who is 16. We live in Penycoedcae, Pontypridd.

Which practice suits your needs?
The one in Talbot Green as it's the one that's most local to us.

How long have you been customers
of Davies and Jones Optometrists?
Approximately six years.

Why did you choose them as your family opticians?
We did look at other opticians but felt that Davies and Jones had a much wider choice of frames than other local opticians. My wife Nicola and I like to keep up with the trends but it is especially important for our daughter Harriet to have a good choice of designer frames. We also wear contact lenses on a regular basis and they've been very good with those too.

Who do you see there?
Mel helps us with our glasses. She is very knowledgeable - especially about frames and helps us choose the ones which suit our face shapes. It's important to have that relationship and we trust Mel's advice and value her opinion greatly.

Are you happy with the treatment you receive?
Yes, we're more than happy. The staff in Talbot Green are always very helpful and accommodating. We would be happy to recommend them to family, friends and colleagues.
